Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to send you your order, we never see your card number, and we don't sell your data. Last updated September 2026.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email, phone number (for the carrier) and what you bought.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our website or our servers; we only receive a confirmation that the payment went through.
- Email address: if you sign up for live-stream reminders or a back-in-stock notice.
- Messages: whatever you send us by email or Instagram.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to email you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send you the reminders you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- To keep records the law requires us to keep (tax and accounting).
Cookies and storage
This website uses no cookies of its own and no advertising trackers. Your bag, your notes and the "seen the intro" flag are stored in your own browser (local storage) and never leave your device. Embedded YouTube and Instagram content may set their own cookies when you play or open it; their privacy policies apply to those.
Visitor statistics
To know which pieces you like and how people find us, we count visits on our own server: pages opened, pieces viewed, what goes into the bag, which link or site you came from, your device type and your time zone. A random number kept in your browser tells a new visit from a returning one. We don't store your name, e-mail or IP address with these statistics, we don't combine them with your order, and we never share or sell them. They are kept for up to 13 months. You can clear them from your side at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who else sees your data
- Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS): your name, address and phone number, to deliver the parcel.
- Our email service: to send order confirmations and reminders.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're legally required to keep). Email us and we'll sort it within 30 days.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
